USATF said that the race had to be run by the conclusion of the trials, right? I hate to be nit picky, but why are they able to pick and choose which rules to enforce? We may as well let the athletes govern their sport... |

You're not being nit-picky; you're being logical. Unfortunately, that concept doesn't exist within USATF. They are literally making this up as they go along. Agreed about the governance, though. |
