Why didn't they show ANY of the Men's Steeple? I sat here the whole time, except to get up for ice cream 2 times during commercials. Did I miss it? WTF? |

Yeah I usually hate the cutaways but that high jump was actually exciting with Williams missing so many times. |

A very good question. The field in the steeple is STACKED this year and would have been one of the most compelling events to watch. Period. Unfortunately, the steeple is relegated to second tier status despite it having more excitement to offer than any other distance event 1500 and up. I mean, c'mon, you have a chance to se runners trip over a hurdles, take a bath in the water jump, etc. Even Flotrak in its preview of today's events did not even have the courtesy to include the steeple in its preview. |

Sucks too, cause if you look at the times, they seemed to be really close. Only .3 seconds separated the top four in the second heat, and less than 1 second separated the top five in the first heat. It woulda been nice to see the last 400 or so of each, at the very least. |
