What are you asking:

Too old to finish?
Too old for the person to run a marathon due to the detrimental effect on the persons health?
Too old to set a PR?

The answer to the above question is yes for almost every 90 year-old, but no for a few.

I think at 90 you are entitled to make your own decisions.

Partly it depends what you mean by "run". Many people who participate in marathons do not run the whole thing, but they complete the course eventually.

I'm sure it's possible for some people to jog a marathon at 90; others couldn't.

The Laws the govern the universe tell us 90 is too old to run marathons. 89 is still ok though.
