Finally, after all the BS you finally get back on topic. To answer your question, yes it is racist because he is an American not a Mexican. To help you understand racism here are examples of sterotypes, one which is racist and the other is not racist.
Examples of racist sterotypes;
1. Jorge Torres is a taco eating Mexican.
2. Obama is a fried chicken eating Black man.
Examples of sterotypes that are not racist;
1. Cops eat donuts.
2. Jocks are dumb.
