The only bad part is they want the playoff teams to be decided by a committee. That is really bad. It would be too damn political. Bigger more robust schools/conferences/markets are going to influence these committees as they do in all areas of American life. They should keep the BCS in place and let the BCS determine the playoff teams as a more subjective selection method. Besides we are still going to use the BCS system anyway for all the other bowl games. Jew quere Hollywood execs own college football and the BCS. There will never be an NCAA DI-A football champs ever. Period. Hollywood wants USC in the hunt every year and that's what they've purchased. |

Boise State will NEVER EVER have a chance even though they are now stuck in a confence 8,000 miles away from all the other teams. Seriously, those idiots that decide this are incapable of coming up with a common sense playoff that would make the most people happy and still make boatloads of money. All you have to do is have a playoff with the 8 top teams with the first round played the first week of december. The 4 teams left play the 2nd week of december. The two teams left play for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP at the designated Bowl Game (just like they have been doing for 20 years) and the other teams are slotted into the bowls EXACTLY like they have been. You now have more of a TRUE national champion and you still have the same bowl games to make boatloads of money. |

there's no sports media industry paid employee judges with brackets. only a brackets with 11 conference champs + 1 independent champ would work. otherwise it'll take howard stern and arsenio hall to judge the titty job, evening gown, talent, poise, and 'what would you do to bring world peace' response. |

Use the traditional bowl games and work from there- another two games should take care of it. As far as Boise State- they're not that good anyway. |
