McNamara and Heath went 3:35.6 and 3:36.0 at Lane CC in Eugene, OR tonight. Mac soloed the last 400+. Unreal. Shame they did get proper pacing try 1200. Incredible running in front of a crowd of 20+. |

Where were "teammates" Symmonds, Wheating, Brown, Acosta? At Miler Series, you had 2 steeplechasers helping their training-mate to A-standard 1500 on a fairly windy night. |
