Good points on the comparison but I would be concerned that Andrews doesn't have much 1500m racing experience.
Wheating and even Manzano have faster 800m PR's and big kicks.
Rupp held off Andrews in their PR race.
Andrews is dangeorus in the 1500, but I wouldn't dump the 800 chances entirely just to focus on the 15 if I were him.
The American milers may not have looked good so far but they all seem to have pointing exactly for the Trials and have used their races as training and preperation.
And they will sharpen through the three rounds.
In the 1500 he will be facing pros.
In the 800 there are more college runners in contention.
I really assume he is doubling.
