A few weeks ago there was a post about an article ( I think from the School paper?) about Megan Goethals and an Eating Disorder (although the article and her coach were VERY careful not to refer to it as that -- maybe they called it a "calorie deficit").
There were a LOT of people commenting, and piling on, and rightfully so (maybe I even did? comment at least). But I just want to say GOOD JOB in what I think is your first top-flight race at least the first after taking a step back from training.
I hope you are feeling healthy and strong now, but you are undeniably BACK to where you wanted to be and are now an NCAA star.
