Happy June! pretty good week for me incl. 18 miles Sunday with 5 at marathon pace (31:31) and 8 Weds. with 4 at 10-mile pace (6400 meters on track in 23:04).
I hardly ever run twice/day but did so twice this week for convenience -- doing easy evening runs to pass the time during my daughter's Tues. rugby practice and to get to/from a kids' track meet for which I was volunteering Weds. eve. Felt very sluggish the past couple of days since then.
people who double regularly -- did it take you a while to get used to it, or is this just me? I've noticed the same thing before on the rare occasion that I double. 6 and 6 more tiring than 12 for some reason, e.g.
