Yup
Yup
Better than Bekele!
12:58.9 and outkicks K Bekele. Maybe now we can get rid of Cliffy Clavin?
12:58.9.. Awesome race for Rupp. Ran tough.
12:58.90 with a 58 second last lap! Not too shabby
Yep good old rupper showed his patented lack of a kick which is why he will never have chance of medalling. Yawn, he's boring and unimpressive
Non of them looked impressive. A bit rusty compared to earlier
seasons, Perhaps a bit early still?
Salazar has done everything he can for Galen. For him to reach the next level he needs a new coach. I am thinking that Vigilante might be able to inject some new life into him as he has done for another Salazar group member.
Mo is going to be almost impossible to beat -- 56 last lap and ~4:01 for his final 1600.
Suck it rupp haters
Rupp is right there now. He continues to progress and isn't done. I think he may get the American Record this season.
Undoubted contender

No, Farah looked bloody terrible as he jogged along at the front and then cruised away from everyone on the last lap...
Bekele will be back by the Olympics to kick everyone's ass and close the final 2k in 4:55 for a sub 13 again like he did in Beijing
Farah, Bekele, Merga, Lagat, Koech and Kipchoge are the only people at Rupp's level. Definite medal contender
Normally you'd expect a 54 last lap and a slew of Africans
dipping under 13!!!

Sarcasm?
Man people will never stop struggling with sarcasm on the web. Yes chief, he was indeed being sarcastic.
Maybe, but what's amazing is that Ritz still has the better 5000 PR. I don't say this by way of criticism of Rupp, but praise of Ritz. In fact, Ritz's PR is faster than Farah ran today.

Rupp is Farah's white shadow. Mo makes a move, Galen goes with him. Except for the last 100. White Shadow doesnt quite have the same kick.
