Agreed, with the exception of those times he was able to kick at the end and it looked like a rocket going off.
The men's mile race was pathetic. The women's race showed that conditions should have slowed the field down that much. The men in tonight's race are our B milers, hence why they can't achieve the A standard.
Except that Russell Brown already has the A standard and Centrowitz has that medal thingy.
