He's an inspiration. He's also a lesson about using common sense if your ultimate goal is truly the Olympics. Don't take risks of injury by training hard and often during an off year. We could have enjoyed seeing CS's great Payton Jordan and USATF performances in London instead if he had kept the volume down through 2010 and 2011.
