What muscle groups will your weight workouts be targeting?
90% of it is lower body. compound lifts such as back squats, front squats, deadlift, RDL

personally id lift but it really just depends what your looking for.
I would lift.
Lift. An article in the latest Running Times discussed how studies have shown that resistance training is the best way (other than running) to improve lactate threshold. I'll see if I can find a link.
Just make sure you keep it aerobic. Don't be one of those guys lifting six hundred pounds twice and staring in the mirror for nine minutes.
One more vote for LIFT.
That's also because it keeps you more balanced, especially when you get older (that's for me, not you!)
