background: ran 1 yr in high school 30 mpw with subpar PRs of 10:01 4:35 and 2:04.
Freshmen yr: consistent 65-70 mpw and managed 16:40 XC, 9:55, 4:33, and 2:02 very tired and had a tough time adjusting to the mileage
Soph yr: ran consistent 70mpw in summer. ran 26:25 8k XC, 8:53 3K, 4:17 mile, 3:58 1500, and 1:58 800.
Putting in another high mileage summer of 80-90 mpw. What do you guys think, based on my progression, I should be capable of in xc and on the track next year?
