This is an interesting clip from today's Morning Edition episode. I think most track fans have witnessed the creativity these guys have exhibited over the past few years when attempting to make a living while running. I do admire the fact that these guys are trying to make something of it and are not just complaining that pro track athletes get paid next to nothing for being world class. However, I did not realize Fam has arthritis. This explains his lack of appearance on the main stage since '08. I had thought he just had some mental issues he was trying to overcome. I feel for the guy.
