It's called the transit of Venus. The last one was just eight years ago, but there won't be another in this century.

It's an interesting phenomenon, but you have to use the same precautions that you would use to watch a solar eclipse.

I'm not aware of a song with that title. I know that Sousa wrote a "Transit of Venus March"...
