continued web hosting payment problems

Approximately 21 months ago, tracktalk.net was set up with Siteground.com as our web hosts. Since October of last year, making payments to said web host has become increasingly difficult. The third-party payment processing seems to either want to take money too soon through their "auto-renew" option which causes security and overdraft problems or, if payments are made on time manually, the third-party has trouble in it's additional payment processing with US customers due to it being overseas.

This time, the latter occurred despite a transaction physically taking place, posting on a bank account and receipt being sent out on the 25th of April. With our due date on the 28th of each month, usually the 29th is the day where we have our issues if any at all.

I'm at a loss of words once again as this problem was resolved by reading off a receipt number to a representative on the phone. In my mind there is no excuse for lost time and all that can be done at this point is to apologize to our users for any inconvenience. We will continue to try and improve this issue so that there are no interruptions.

Hostgator is only $8/mo for unlimited storage. Even cheaper for limited storage.
