Yep. And given that wind farms are located in the middle of nowhere, I'm not sure why this mixing is an issue.
It's a pretty miniscule temp change as well, so even if they were creating heat, the pales in comparison to a lot of other activities. How much of a temp change results from all of the grills, flat-tops, broilers, ovens, and deep friers that run all day in a downtown area's restaurants? A .72 degree temp change (or whatever they said the change was) in the middle of a field doesn't really seem all that significant compared to the heat that is actually created by activity in populated areas.
