your formula makes no sense
according to you, I as a 15:11 5k runner would run 15:55 for 8k.

15:11 ~= 15.2 min

15.2 - 3 + 26/7 =
12.2 + 3.71 =
15.91 = 15:55

So, try to write your formula in a correct mathematical format.
