I would almost undoubtedly be slower and injured more frequently.

10 seconds per mile better. Best PR was a 8:36 3200m, indoors.

It's pretty tough to say, but probably something like:

800-1:40, 1500-3:25, 5k-12:36, 10k-26:16, Marathon-1:59:59

Actual 5k Pr 16:12 If I could go back in time it would be probably around a 12:33 (on Roads)
