So I met this girl at a coffee shop I had been chatting up on an online dating site. She is 5 years older then me, a tiny bit chubby and average looking. I was just hoping for a hookup as I have been out of the game for a while and was bored. She is well below my usual standard plus older. She is also always chatting me up and asking me to hangout and invites me to her town for this open mic thing last night. Anyway her town is an hour and a half from mine so I took a chance and since we had already met for 30 minutes for coffee and had a good chat and she said I could sleep over at her house since we were going for drinks figured it a done deal (I'm 27 she is 32) So I rock up a little early to her town. Have 2 beers at a local there and she picks me up all dolled up and happy so we can drive to meet her friends at this live music night. Anyway her friends don't end up showing so it is just me and her. We sit down, talk for seriously about 5 minutes, and then all of a sudden she goes from being very into me to being totally disinterested and untalkative. I have to pretty much carry the conversation for the next couple hours as I have had a few and have to stay at her place but it is such an awkward and crap night. wtf??? |

aha true! This is what my buddy brought to my attention. I'm just so miffed because she seemed so down after our initial meet up and she is an average girl if that so I figured easy picking's and then she just did a complete 180 for no apparent reason it was fu##ed. |

I was into you at first even though you were really drunk. But when you pissed yourself, I really lost all interest. I don't think you even noticed you did it. That's how drunk you were. I wanted to just get up and leave at that point, but I didn't want you to drive home in that state. If you think it was awkward for you, imagine how I felt. Sitting there with some drunk stranger swaying on his seat completely oblivious to his own soaked jeans and the puddle he's made on his chair that's slowly dripping onto the floor. |

Having those two beers was a great move. If you want to impress a girl have two beers "just" before the date. Okay, that aside. Really. An hour and a half drive. That would have been a BIG no right there. |

No - because we had met and chatted before for a half hour and she turned off within the first 5 mins so that wasn't it. This is a puzzle. I did ask if she had been on any other online dates and she went off a little about these older late 30's guys that she still had feelings for so maybe that struck a cord? (this was on the way over) |

Again, I met her for coffee this was the second date. So after she saw the "real thing" and talked to me she was impressed. Then when she picked me up for our "second date" she was again impressed and gushing. as soon as we sat down at the bar however she was done. I was also being overly nice I think because I wanted to come off like a nice dude but maybe I overplayed my hand a bit and she thought I was a big wimp, but don't see how she would have given up after 5 minutes of convo. I agree with dude. I'm thinking she probably had an agenda of knowing I wanted to just bang her, getting me out and then dissing me as a way to make her ugly self feel better. so yeah she kind of screwed me over but also wasted her own time - is it really worth it for a mild ego boost like that? ladies? |
