I was going to suggest the same, probably very close to 11:00. |

11:10 is my guess (2:21 and 5:12 mile are equal, per Daniels' Running Formula, and 5:11 mile and 11:06 2 mile are equal in the same book. |

11:10ish if you are good at pacing yourself. |
| 10:20, maybe |

Since you have a running start for the second mile, you should expect your pace for the 3200 to be slightly faster than your pace for the 1600. |

I have coached many girls in this range. The 3200 specialist runner usually runs 11:00-11:10; the more 800 type runner 11:30-11:45. I have also coached a girl who could run 2:12 for the 800 but who couldn't break 12 (but could run a 56 sec 400). Then I have had a 2:26 runner at 800 run 10:40 for 3200. Like I said depends on the kind of runner she is. But 11:05-11:15 is a good estimate! |

I coached a girl last year who was a 2:23 and 5:05 runner and she ran 10:45. She was a 3200 meter running and got slower as she moved to the shorter distances. |

Personal experience: I ran 2:30 in the 800, 5:15 in the mile but ran 11:00 in the 3200. Now I know a girl who runs 2:18, 5:04 and can't break 12 in the 3200. It honestly all depends on the individual and what type of a runner you are. If you're more of a strength runner I'd say 11:05-11:15 but if you're more of a speed runner who lacks strength then I'd say 11:30-11:45. |
