I have been running for three months. Did my base phase but only for about a month. I am doing easy runs and track workouts. But I do feel shin splints start to come back when I do a couple track work outs a week then ill switch back to just doing easy runs for a week and they will go away. Should i just get a better base during the summer and then later in the summer start interval training?
