Hell yeah great run by Manzano. Makes me a bit worried about Lagat later on but he always seems to get it. Great run by Symmonds as well.

Both US teams ran really well. I would say the worst leg from both teams was Lagat but, he's a 5k runner now and it's still 90 days out from when it matters. He'll roll in London.

K. Robinson made up some ground late in the 800 on Symmonds from what I could tell. Didn't they say Symmonds ran 1:44 flat? That's really solid, especially now.

Manzano though...With 600 to go he started rolling. With 200 to go he said "SKEET SKEET" and took it home. It was awesome to see him kick it in like that. Did anybody get splits for the race?

The results website has Leo's split at 3:54.9. Lagat was 3:57.1. Ryan Gregson split 3:55.6. The fastest 1600 split was actually Wote from Ethiopia at 3:53.2.

For the 800s, Symmonds was 1:44.0, KD ran 1:44.9, and Mohammed Aman hit 1:45.2.

Leo has had a stellar season so far with his indoor win. I have big expectations for him this year. Good thing too to have the US be represented by such a nice guy. The other milers are going to have to make sure not to let him stay close up to the last 100m because if he has anything left, he will leave them in the dust.
