I'm doing my 1st 10k on June 10th and am afraid I'll get kicked off the course for being too slow. Can someone tell me what the minimum acceptable time for a woman to complete a 10 k? I'm 31 and can run for about an hour at just under 11 minutes per mile.

You will not be in contention to win the race, but others will be slower. You won't need to worry about getting kicked off the course.
You need more help

Cool! Thanks for your response. I have no illusions that I'll ever be able to win a race. I'm just hoping to hobble to the finish line :)

Why don't you try and improve your times for shorter distances first??? Why go straight for the 10k when you can barely "run" the entire distance?
