Might be a long shot but is anyone here from John Handley HIgh School or the Winchester area? I was wondering if the track is open for public use when the teams aren't using it but I couldn't find anything online. I'm like 40 minutes away but I don't mind driving for a taste of that sweet mondo. Unfortunately I'm guessing they keep nice places like that on lockdown.

Yes it's left open most of the time and the rules say that tha public can use it whenever the stadium is not being used for other athletic events. The gates are open 95 percent of the time.
