how many people qualify for the trials 10,000m?

Between 18 and 24. It will probably just be cut off at the Trials A (28:15.00) since, correct me if I am wrong, 24/25(?) have that time as of tonight.

This is anything but stacked. This is a second class field which will make for a tired, uninteresting race. Name one runner in that race who I should get excited about?

Cam Levins. With his mega mileage, his recent 5k, his blistering kick, I could see something like 2:08/1:52 for his last 1600.

hypothetical if the pace is honest

13:50 through 5k
:33
14:23 with 12 laps to go.
4:24
4:22
4:00 - 10

27:10-27:20

This was incredibly prescient, although not quite that quick in the end.

Puskedra still ran a PR, 28:13.91. He ran a brilliant half marathon, then apparently his appendix burst. Not sure how much training he missed, and if he can bounce back and be a factor at NCAAs.[/quote]

How long ago was this? To his credit it's probably a miracle that Puskedra is even running if he had appendicitis.
