As the title says I have an injured soleus and its gotten a lot worse since last week. During my district meet i was able to run through it without too much trouble and qualified in the 800 and 1600. Did a pretty strenuous workout yesterday and halfway through my soleus started hurting badly but i just ran through it. Hurts a bit to walk on its about a 7/10 pain when I'm running and I am currently on my way to the meet now trying to hide it from my coach and everyone else. What the hell should I do?
Also the meet is 6 hours away I'm already half way there..
