Looks like a possible 1:47 workout to me. |

So you don't want a coach but you do need advice. If you did those times you would know what time you could do for 800m unless you were stupid or just wanting to show off. Your annoying style of writing shows you just made up those times. Why do people say troll rather than idiot? |

Annoying style of writing, huh? And, yes, I did actually run those times. Unfortunately, I am rather new to running these types of workouts and just wanted to see what people thought. I am sorry if I bothered you at all. |

Are you the same guy that ran 4x400m in 52 or 53 with 5min rest in mid march, who also does not have a coach and ran 1:48.7 "somewhere" about a month ago (no meet name mentioned/no proof)? The tone of your replies are quite similar. I heard that there is a good 800m today in California. Maybe you should go out there and run. Or maybe trolling is more fun... |

Haha, I heard that, too. Would you like to pay for my plane ticket out there? |

You run 1:48, but only for 600 meters |

I think the suggestions by other posters (out ~53 or maybe a bit faster, see what happens) are about right. Given your 200m jogs, I presume you were always running the same 200m on the track. So if there was any wind blowing, you would consistently had its help or hindrance. Don't know how that might have applied to the actual workout conditions... So are you going to run a race, or what? |
