I have 2 computeres going.One with men's feed. One with woen's. It's hard to listen to both but i'm glad I am as teh woemn's announcers are going crazy over Keitany's run. A sub 5:00 24th mile -nreal 5:17-20 5;09- 21 5:10-22 5:07 -23rd (drops Edna Kiplagat) 4:59- 24th!! |

1:28:04 at 30K for men still Kirui, Kipsang & Lelisa back in the winter was in Kenya for a 52K long run with "french" Abraham Kiprotich and Abel Kirui's group; they looked as well as today; very impressive! |
