Just ran a comfortable workout to sharpen up: 1600 in 4:50 4 min rest, 800 in 2:18 2 min rest, 400 in 65 90 sec rest and a 27 I feel that I can run close to 4:30 and 9:45 Ps the track was windy and workout was done alone of that helps any Thanks! |

You should try to do a staple workout though, like 8-10 x 400 with 60sec rest. And compare results of various workouts to what u ran in previous seasons. |
