I posted about Clement above being a possible 5 event guy (had the B in 100, A in 200, 400, 400mh and had a previous B in 110mh). I think 800 is outside his range and no evidence on long or triple junp. Long Jump standard is quite challenging.

Bershawn, I look at the same time. He had an early season 800m but it was far off qualifying (I think 1:53-1:55ish). He did not have high hurdles or short sprint times and no jumps.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Jenny Simpson yet!! She could without a doubt make the 1500m, 5K and steeple teams (as she has run the standard in all events multiple times) and probably hit the 800m or 10k time if she actually tried.

I am also surprised. Her last year in college she might have had the best times from 800 through 10,000 if she had gone after them. 800, 1500, and 5000 she probably already has the marks and she is the AR (and with a time vastly superior to anyone running it now for the US).

"decathletes exempted"

decathletes can only make it in the decathlon. that's why they're decathletes.

So we have Evan Jager with an OT standard in the 1500, 5000 and now the steeple.

Does he have a better shot at the 800 or the 10,000 to get that 4th event qualifier?
