I want to start a dicussion about what workout is the heaviest or most intense.

A athlete did this workout one day.
I don't remember who it was
6*400-800-300 with 3 min rest between
400 in 56
800 in 2:00
300 in 41/42 sec
Also this compound serie
6*2*800 ( 2:06 - 2:02 - 2:00 - 1:58 - 1:56 - 1:54 )
with 1 min between reps and 2 min between sets
And
5*600 in 1:30 rest 1 min
3 min rest
1000-1000-1500-2000-1000 rest 2 min
2:30-2:29-3:45-5:10-2:28
Rest 3 min
5*400 in 56-58 rest 1 min
