I am a 21 year old junior at a DIII school. Our coach is one of the football coaches so our track team is geared more towards throwers and sprinters.
I am the only 800/1500M guy on the team. I make up the workouts for myself and train by myself.
PRs 400M is 53.5, 800M is 1:58, 1500M is 3:58.
I am 6'1"and weigh 150. For the year I average 60 miles a week.
How much could I improve over the next 1-3 years? With a coach and people to train with?
