I read an article that said that Gen Y-ers were, in the past, thought to channel their narcissism and need for positive response into being "green." That's not the case, apparently. The article states that today's high school seniors and college freshmen make far less effort to protect the environment than baby-boomers did at that age. Gen Y-ers are the least willing to cut down on driving and electricity use. So, for those of you in Generation Me, what do you think about this? |
