I'm in such a dilemma(?)sp right now, I have a lot of big comps coming up but I can't decide what event to run.. I wouldn't really classify myself as a 4/8 guy or a 15/3k guy, anyways If I was to focus on both events what training would be best suited to 8/15 runners in general? .... |
