Is Marrow a good place to train in Georgia? I know CSU are located there. Are they a good team? who are the head coaches and what are they like? any good athletes ever run there?

It's Morrow - Clayton State used to be a community/2-year school, but has bigger aspirations. Morrow is basically a large, concrete paved complex of strip malls (Home Depot, Toys R Us, etc, etc. for miles). Then there's Southlake Mall. Really nothing to see in Morrow unless you're out shopping on a Saturday.

Clayton State is in the same conference as my school, Columbus state.

Coach Mead is the head coach for Clayton. He's cool. They never really had anyone that can go sub 24:30 for 8k that I know of. (But I only know of the past few years.)
They are more of a middle distance school. They do lots of intervals and not much distance.

Basically, your one and only option in the immediate area for non heavily congested streets and sidewalks is Reynolds Nature Preserve. 1.5 mile outer loop in woods on wood chip trail, with other trails throughout the interior.
Really nice, and seems completely out of place in comparison to the rest of the area.
