Wait, is that txrunnergirl?
Thanks for the actually kind feedback; I'm DEFINITELY struggling to write, as I want to keep it informational for runners, and the drinking does not help with writing either.
Thank you for the one actually kind response. Sincerely appreciated. I thought I could post on Letsrun for advice and a great community to get feedback, but instead I find misogynistic asses. Seriously shocking every time I read these posts.
No, I'm not a D3 college runner, don't you do your creepy stalking like the rest of them?

Maybe next time you should not have 100 beers in the title when really you're just doing 70.

Here's your problem. You're not writing this for a class. This is supposed to be fun and entertaining. Why do the challenge otherwise?
Hold on a second. Is there really any misogyny on that first page?
I count 6 posters giving you crap for advertising 100/100 but actually only attempting 70/100 (and even one guy who pointed out that with a beer less than 5% it's more like 50/100 - good point). The Amelia Earhart comment and why can't you do what the men are doing are valid points. If you can't do a 100/100...then you can't do a 100/100. This is neither a positive or negative, it just is what it is. I can't do it either, but I wouldn't invent a variation that I think equates to 100/1000 and call it even. You do it or you don't.
Do you have a response to this?
Sorry but this thread is null and void without Fast Guy's endorsement.
/thread
We do this on accident, the real challenge is 100 beers, 100 miles, 100 hours.
Misogynistic? Perhaps you should experience life a bit more little girl, before you start screaming sexism.
Anyone else notice that Day 2 is Monday, March 19th and Day 3 is Wednesday March 21st?
$3.50 pitchers---that's what's amazing about the midwest. If there was any bar within a hundred mile radius of my apartment providing pitchers that cheap, I'd have surely died drunk driving by now.
As for the challenge, I was wondering if you'll try to go above and beyond 70 beers? I know that's the goal you have for yourself, but it's obviously going to be attained. So when you get to 70 beers, will you keep drinking to see exactly how close to a true 100/100 you can get?

You forgot that she isn't drinking real beer but light beer (4.2%). So even if she gets to 100 "beers", it will still not be a real 100/100.
Hang on, is 70 = 100? No? It isn't?
Ok, just checking.
???Nice pictures in your blog, by the way. Keep up the good work!

What he said. If a guy were advertising a 100/100 and only doing a 50 or 70/100, he would be catching at least as much flack on this website. Women want equality... well your challenge is being criticized in the same way that a guy's would be, maybe less so. For this reason, the critical responses you are receiving are actually the exact opposite of misogyny. I f'ing hate it when women throw that word around towards anybody who doesn't tell them that what they're doing is amazing and empowering.
By the way, lest ye all think we are piling on for no reason, after Fast Guy completed his Bicentennial in 97 hours, people began to question his drinking Bud Light, which is 4.2% alcohol.
Is this just nitpicking? No, not at all 100 beers at 4.2% is the same amount of alcohol as only 84 beers at 5.0%. 84 beers vs. 100 beers is a really big difference.
Of course he then went on to re-do the challenge with 5% beer in a shorter time, so he is now a legend, but my point is that people are sticklers for the rules and we are not just picking on you. Other people have been questioned too.

Also the original bicentennial (in one week) was also completed with 5.0%.
it says youre on day 3, at 30 LIGHT beers, and claimed to be blackout on a run. come on. i think the 80 hour guy was doing 30 real beers a day. step up your game

No. Unfortunately some of us have jobs. I need to go back to school so I can be hungover on a daily basis...
It does seem like fun in a perverse way. Would it be pathetic to take a week off from work and do this solo?
