Some sources have Usain Bolt's weight around or above 200 lbs. He's pretty fast.

Clydesdale is 200+ lbs, regardless of height.
Usain Bolt is certainly the fastest over 100/200m - yes, he is over 200lbs.
The question is: who is the fastest clydesdale over 5k, 10k, HM, M?
I am 6"2 and 220 lbs. I can run a 15:30 5K.

So you're the big fatso who beats my ass in every race!
I would vote Ken Shirk into the Clydesdale Hall of Fame...
He's been around since the 70's and was running sub 3:00 marathons in his prime (wearing those horns).
He's about 6 foot 3 inches and easily over 200 lbs.

Last time I checked he was living on the Kona side of the Big Island and still running several marathons a year...
Maui, Hilo, Honolulu.

Actually I am just a gentle giant. Hit me sometime after a race and we can go have a beer or keg.

To my knowledge there has never been a guy who went sub 16 in the Clydesdale div.

Do you guys just sit around making up crap like this? Bolt is 76 kilos. That's about 167 pounds.

198 pound Savannah Sanitoa ran the 100 meters in the 2009 IAAF World Championships.
She did come 8th in her heat.

That weight has not been updated in years. He has put on quite some mass in the last couple of years.
Dane Rauschenberg is probably 200+.

I'm not close to the best but 10 days ago I won the Clydesdale division at the Phoenix Marathon 10K - I'm 225lbs, 6' 2", 41 years old and ran 45:08 10K training 4x weekly. However, I also ran a 4:25 1600m at age 16 when I was 140lbs.

At 41 I won the master's clydesdale division at Norfolk 10K at 39:45, but I was 2" shorter at about 10 pounds lighter than you at the time, but that time was also 12 years ago. That was off about 50MPW at the time.
