Usually I can handle blisters, but this one ripped off about a quarter-sized piece of skin when I removed tape from my foot. The bare spot is on top of my foot where the laces go. So far, I've cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and stopped the oozing with New Skin. At 64, I heel a lot slower than in the past, so what's the best way to treat this so I won't lose any training time and I can heel this as quickly as possible? How should I cover it when running?
