The girl was handcuffed...the cop would have eventually caught her. He just didn't feel like going to all that trouble of chasing her down when it's easier to tase her. In defense of the cop, he didn't know that she would hit her head on the concrete and she was wanted in a hit and run. Unfortunately tasers have become the first option and are not very regulated. |

Coach D has the kid (a girl shot putter) run 4 laps as punishment for breaking team rules. The girl dies from a heart attack on the third lap. On a message board somewhere someone says "that murdering coach can never pay enough taking the life of that beautiful child. I most certainly hope the family's lawyer makes that murdering coach pay for what he did." |

hit and run doesnt mean she necessarily ran over someone. she could have just hit the card and drove off. it would probably be felonious vehicular assault or vehicle manslaughter instead of hit-and-run if that were the case.

Previously arrested three other times, this time around with a warrant for hit-and-run. As for being hadcuffed, whe had one hand in the cuff. Notice her arms swinging in the video? Sad, the cop could have easily caught her, but as others have said, don't run from the cops. |
