Pretty good documentary...just do not understand why they are playing Ethiopian music in the background? I kept thinking the film was made in Ethiopia as their traditional music is very centralized.[quote]superman wrote:

Let American kids play like they used to- get rid of organized youth sports.
Have phys ed class be PHYS ED not playing sports where they stand around- yoga, plyos, ealking, jogging, active sports.
Encourage a healthy life style
Stop glorifying the bums in the NFL/NBA/Major League Baseball=

It's weird that everyone is so excited about it now. The vimeo link was originally posted several weeks ago and few had much to say. I think what happened is that it went viral among runners and overloaded vimeo's servers. Either that or the guy realized he could make some money.

As a barefoot runner I thought it was cool that David Rudisha said he thinks feeling the ground is important for learning to run and kids growing up running barefoot have an advantage that way.
