I've had a groin that, over the past few years, will pop every couple days. It seems that after it builds up some tightness for a bit, I lift and rotate my leg back, and my right groin makes a popping noise (and it feels like popping). It is actually relieving and my groin feels better afterward. Anybody have any idea whatsoever this is?
The worst part is I've had some groin problems over the past few months, so all of this is amplified right now.
And sorry, this has nothing to do with the more fun usage of the groin. Believe me, it still works in that capacity...
