4 weeks ago I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my 2nd metatarsal. It was really small apparently, and the doctor wasn't even completely sure it was a stress fracture. He told me to do no weight bearing activity for 3 weeks and come see him again. I did, and he said I could walk on it, but no running for another week.
Well, it's been another week and walking on it still hurts a little bit. Do you guys have any similar experience? Is this pain natural even if it is healed? Track season starts monday and I want to be ready.
