Ha. Yes. My oldest daughter did some speed walking with me a few times. She found it too boring. The Chihuahua-Italian greyhound mix we have walks with me. That's my training partner. 16 minute pace makes it hard to find anyone to go with.

My legs hurt, just a tired hurt, but, sore. : ) Hopefully I can keep it above 20 a week for a while. See if that helps my weight and paces. Get back to "Lydiard" style training. Lots of steady, aerobic work. Curious to see what that does. May never touch a speed workout again.
