They have been performing great so far this indoor season and they have made the D3 cross nationals the last two years, but where did they come from?

No and never heard of Wabash College either. Who the explicit word cares about D3
Maybe if you had heard of Wabash, you'd be able to put a complete sentence together!
Wabash is an excellent academic school in Indiana.
Roger Busch is the distance coach at Wabash College. He will have Jake Waterman and Kevin McCarthy ready to compete for individual titles this year, and most likely have a DMR qualify for NCAAs as well. Both Jake and Kevin are multiple time All-Americans and have posted some pretty decent personal bests. Jake has a 1:50.87 indoor best, and Kevin has ran 4:05, 8:29, and 14:50 this season (he was also 6th at XC nationals last fall).
I would say Roger is one of the best developmental coaches in DIII. Kevin only ran his Senior year of high school, and has become one of the best in the division. His upperclassman consist of very average, very low-mileage hs runners who are just now reaching 75 miles a week, but have managed back to back appearances at the last two XC championships. He has recruited a talented group of freshmen who are looking to take the program to the next level.
This is a program to keep an eye on.
Isn't it an all male school? Sounds kind of gay.

Yes, it's an all male school. Of course they are all gay because anyone with a brain knows that only homosexual males attend all male schools.
You have got to be kidding me with that ridiculous post.
What has this team done now that McCarthy and Waterman are gone? True sign of a coach is if they can keep developing athletes and this team has no one on it now. Coach Busch must suck.
They did win the Great Lakes Regional this past fall for the first time since the early 90's.

The success that he had with the national champions in the middle distance is a fluke at the D3 level (especially at a place like Wabash). Mark my words, Coach Busch will never coach another national champ.
Before those two, he coached multiple All-Americans at Wabash. As long as he continues to coach and get athletes to that level, odds are someone will manage to pick up another victory. The consistent success he has shown in xc and track refutes the idea of those two championships being fluke occurrences.

Coach Busch does suck. Did you see the 5k results from the Wash U meet last weekend?

Love it bro
I went to a high school in Indiana and this dude was all over my jock strap. I told him I wanted D1 or upper D2, but he kept contacting me. It was really annoying. He said some questionable things. I was a decent runner, but I didn't think I was worth all that trouble.
I know someone else who went to a Christian college instead and he told him "Why would you want to go to a college where everyone is the same?" Complete douche. Besides, the guy was 15:40... He had scholarships elsewhere..
