The wings actually look awesome. But WHY would he put his time there? I think unless you're disabled or something you need at least a sub-3:00 or 2:50 before you can get wings and not look like an utter tool. Maybe 2:45 before I'd put my time there...

Great point, since it's those 100m repeats where music is most important. It allows you to just zone out, and lose yourself in your thoughts, for those 13.5 seconds, ya know?

I just saw the picture, didn't see the guy's background. Are you 100% sure that 5:xx:xx is a marathon time, and not something like a half-IM?
