College coaching is unique, and if you are in it for the money, then you should have been in finance long ago. When you look an athlete in the eyes and say you're gonna make something happen, then you should. Plus, didn't it say he volunteered for a few years? Don't know the situation at Temple, but he escapes stigma only if Pitt was knocking his doors down.

Underemployed is someone who is working part time but want to work full time? Would you be mad if a part time worker decided to quit to get a full time job? Is that so horrible to try and make a better living and be able to do something you enjoy on a full time basis?
