looks like results from Air Force dist squad were pretty solid last indoor and out door.
Also, I think Benson only coaches one pro athlete and does not get paid from what I heard....

None of the service academies have nationally ranked teams. At best they will have a couple runners make the National Meet and be All-American. And how many top level high school recruits actually go to the academies? In addition training at the academies is a lot harder because the cadets and midshipmen have a lot of other obligations, especially in the summer its hard to get in a lot of miles. The entire summer of their freshman year is spent in basic training and while they come out in great fitness they're not neccissarily in running shape. She's done an awesome job at USAFA getting her runners to improve each year, you can't count her success in terms of all-americans and conference titles.
Good to have so many choices.
349 mile, you heard it here first.
Looks like I could be right

'Why is it assumed that he will sign for Nike just because he is from Oregon. Let's not forget, his dad was a New Balance athlete, and is now a New Balance coach in DC. And his sister Lauren is also a NB athlete. So imagine the PR New Balance would get by having the entire family endorsing NB. I bet New Balance will offer Centro too much money, if I was Josh Rowe I certainly would. He is just another college stud to Nike, but to NB he could be the future of a serious promotion.'
The Millrose Games announced today that Centro would headline the Wanamaker mile:
