This thread is dead for a reason cause all the idiots are the only ones that post so it not even fun. Anyone with a thought that doesn't have to do with geneseo gets ignored...it's just dumb. And I know it's none of the geneseo guys doing it. Just retarted alumni...it's dead because none of us in college care now. |

Agreed. I know I log into here to see who is making a jerk of themselves or making a scene. I dot actually come on here to boast or brag about myself or my school. We just check so when we go to meets we can make fun of everyone who clearly comes here to get attention Lolz cortland |

I really enjoy when people post on here and talk sh*t as meets are occurring (ie. SUNYACs/ECACs) just because they're bitter that they're not there |

alot of people from geneseo still yet to run....Carter, Nivara, Berube. Im guessing they are opening at Bucknell should be interesting. |

And hopefully these and other performances from Bucknell (and elsewhere) can bring some life back to these boards. For now I have some highlights/questions: 1. Sean Bernstein...enough said (sub-21 coming?) 2. Tim Fargino, now a 400m runner? 3. Alex Ngabo had a nice triple this weekend. As an underdeveloped super-talent, this kid could be dangerous. 4. Dylan Hardwick and Alex Brimstein had similar solo efforts across town from one another in the 5k on a windy day, should be interesting to see what they could do with competition. 5. Has Pat Fannon realized he's more a 1500m than 5000m guy? 6. Cody Amengual has run well in everything he's tried this year including a quick steeple debut. What's he going to focus on this season? |

Brimstien is going to focus on the steeple ive heard. Ngabo is good but he is going to need some time to reach his potential. Fargino ran a decent 400 and he is built like a 400 runner maybe he will focus on that. pat fannon- i would still like to see a 5k from him before i decide what he should run. Nivara/Berube-guessing they will both run the 5k at bucknell and will do good. Carter- Definetly going to be good to see what he does debute at Bucknell in the 800 for sure. May take him a couple runs but im calling for him the bust a great time in outdoor. Amengual-Ran a solid 800 but i see him running a better mile or even a steeple this outdoor season. |

Is Cortland the new steeplechase dynasty in NY? 3 Amengual, Cody Cortland St. 9:04.83I 19 Blazey, Joe Cortland St. 9:28.40 28 Ray, Joe Cortland St. 9:37.58 31 Iacovelli, Jarred Cortland St. 9:40.37 |

I wouldn't call that a DYNASTY. A very solid time for Cody and a great improvement for Mr. Joeseph Blazey. But the times for Joe and Jarred are decent for freshman. Not trying to take anything away from them, but I think a dynasty would be having 4-5 guys around the auto time. |

And that would be year after year. |

At Bucknell Dalton, Alyson Cortland St. 35:34.23 Braun, Stefanie Plattsburgh St. 35:49.27 At U of R Malone, Rachel Brockport 37:10.19 At Princeton(last week) Driscoll, Kelley Plattsburgh 36:47.73 This is the deepest the Womens 10k has been since 2008. Had 6 girls under 37 that year. |

Poor longo he was in over his head. Not sure if his seed time was faked or not but you could tell right away when he ran 2:21 for 800 and 2:57 at 1k and was all by himself that it was going to be a long night. Props for him finishing it off though, you could tell the pace was uncomfortably fast. Him vs. Fannon for 2nd at SUNYACs 5k will be worth the drive itself. Congrats to you too Pat, the SUNYAC runners did very well in the distance events |
| uhhh |

Wouldn't that imply that there was a previous steeplechase dynasty? |

Bori Toser, 10:58 steeple. Mary Aldridge, 4:44 1500 some other good Sunyac women's results at Bucknell. Glad to see the women posting on this thread - I'm assuming "Women's Distance" is a woman. Let's keep it going!! |

Wrong!!! Sunyac track athletes always care. We may not agree but we care. Now that the season is going, we'll pick it up a notch. I agree with Sunyac Fan: it's good to see some women's events up there too. Hope you get involved ladies!! With Braun, Dalton and Liberati, you have three multiple AAs that will battle it out come meet time. With the 3 Geneseo women and McCausland and Brunetto, you have an outstanding field in the 800. Gonna be some great battles in Oneonta come May 4 and 5. |

Anyone know if Danae is single? If so I'm making a move |

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but Danae Polsin and Lee Gabler have been going out for quite a while. But, "while the cat's away, the mice will play" as the old saying goes. Who knows. |
